you might have seen me before on instagram sippin from a solo cup in the mornings before i workout and maybe you've wondered what i'm drinking? that is my tasty cocktail of vitamins and supplements! i struggle to swallow pills, so i take a vitamin-supplement combo in a liquid form. the most important thing to keep in mind is even when i take all the best supplements and vitamins, i can’t out-supplement a bad diet and lifestyle. consistency in our diets and lifestyles have the biggest impact on our physical, mental, and emotional health.
other things i do to take care of myself that work with my daily supplements and vitamins:
