i am starting a round of 21 Day Fix Extreme this week after just completing 80 Day Obsession (yay!). the nutrition plan is a little bit different on this program and i'm planning my dinners accordingly. the biggest difference between 80DO and 21DFX is 80DO focused on timed nutrition, specifying certain foods to be eaten at certain times of day, whereas 21DFX specifies which foods to eat but offers the flexibility of when to eat them. frankly i liked the timed nutrition because it took the guesswork out of when/what to eat. but i think i can apply that practice to my 21DFX plan!
